Once we have confirmed with you the total price, including p&p, and
agreed upon a delivery date, please either pay by credit/debit card or
send a cheque and once it has cleared we will despatch your order.

All products are despatched frozen in polystyrene containers to
maintain temperature using an overnight courier service. There is
a minimum order of any 6 of our home made meals, crumbles or loaf sized
cakes.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment, nor do we sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
At the Harmony Food Store all our products are made on site in our commercial kitchen – as we only use gluten and wheat free ingredients, there are no risks of cross contamination. We make what we say – gluten and wheat free foods. We pride ourselves on making proper, home made foods, just like they should be, of the highest quality and taste and we only use locally sourced free range eggs. As at April 2009, the company has joined their local food group - Surrey Food Links and is in the process of becoming SALSA accredited.
As
from 1st May 2009 the company is now licensed with the Crossed Grain Symbol
- a safe way to identify that foods are safe to eat for those with Coeliacs
disease. In line with the Codex standard our foods contain less than
20ppm,confirming the entitlement to brand our foods as 'Gluten Free'.
We supply wholesale and retail – all trade enquiries welcome.

We regularly attend Farmers Markets every weekend. Orders can be placed over the phone ready for collection at one of the markets. Our itinerary is as follows:

For a delivery ‘before 4pm’ – the courier charge is
£7.00 plus VAT
For a delivery ‘before noon’ – the courier charge is £8.50 plus VAT

For delivery to Northern Ireland – an overnight service will be

For delivery to Scottish Highlands – an overnight service will be £17.63
For delivery to Channel Islands – an overnight service will be
£49.35
The customer will need to sign for the products upon delivery.
We cannot be held responsible should you be unavailable to take the
goods in.
