All products arrive frozen via our personal carriers. The cakes need to remain frozen until such time as they are required and then will need approximately 2 hours to defrost before serving. Once on display, the cakes have a 14 day shelf life when kept in an ambient atmosphere.

There is a minimum order of 4 boxes of cakes (10 cakes per box) for the mini loaf size, or any four traybake cakes. All crumbles can be ordered on an individual basis but restrictions will apply to each order.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment, nor do we sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Wheat Free and Gluten Free Cakes to the Trade

At the Harmony Food Store all our products are made on site in our commercial kitchen – as we only use gluten and wheat free ingredients, there are no risks of cross contamination. We make what we say – gluten and wheat free foods of the highest quality and taste and we only use locally sourced free range eggs.

As from 1st May 2009 the company is now licensed with the Crossed Grain Symbol - a safe way to identify that foods are safe to eat for those with Coeliacs disease. In line with the Codex standard our foods contain less than 20ppm,confirming the entitlement to brand our foods as 'Gluten Free'.

Wheat Free and Gluten Free Cakes at Farmers Markets

We attend Farmers Markets most weekends but please do contact us if you intend to purchase items at a particular market should we not be attending. Orders can be placed over the phone ready for collection at one of the markets. Our itinerary is as follows:

3rd Saturday of each month:	Woodcote Green Nurseries, Banstead, Surrey
4th Saturday of each month:	Coolings Green & Pleasant Garden Centre, Knockholt, Sevenoaks

Delivery

Once the order is placed the customer will be advised when delivery shall take place. All products arrive frozen via our personal carriers.
