Terms & Conditions:

All products are delivered frozen.  The customer will be contacted by phone or email to arrange a convenient day for delivery  (Tues – Fri).  No orders will be despatched without this agreement.  The customer will need to sign for the products upon delivery.

Minimum Order:
Main meals & desserts are sold in multiples of any 6 or 10; Traybake cakes are sold in multiples of any 4. You must ensure that you order the correct multiple from any of the choices within each section. For example you can choose from any of the main courses but you must have a minimum of 6 individual items. All products are despatched in polystyrene containers to maintain temperature using an overnight courier service.
For all trade accounts: minimum of 4 traybake cakes will incur delivery charge. 

We cannot guarantee the condition of our products if you are unable to sign for your delivery. The products cannot be returned.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment, nor do we sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
